Your front desk, answered. Every call. Day and night. In English and French.

DeskRing is an AI front desk for Ottawa dealerships and appointment businesses. It answers the calls you miss, books real appointments, and puts every lead in your hands. You keep your number. We set it up. It starts with the calls you are already losing.

Don't take our word for it — call it

This is a live DeskRing front desk answering for a car dealership right now. Ask it about a car, book a test drive, try it in French. It answers in about two rings, any hour.

The calls you miss are not small money

Industry studies of dealerships and service businesses keep finding the same leak. Run your own numbers below — then compare with what DeskRing costs.

1 in 5+

calls to dealerships go unanswered, by industry call-tracking studies — more at lunch, closing time, and Saturdays.

56%

of leads arrive after business hours, when nobody is there to pick up.

85%

of callers who hit voicemail never call back. They call the next name on the list.

What is your phone costing you?

Move the sliders. These are your numbers, not ours.

Estimated revenue walking away each month:$7,800
DeskRing: $300/month — and it only takes 1 booking a month to pay for itself.

Estimate only: missed calls × booking rate × average value × 4.33 weeks. Your free missed-call audit (below) replaces these guesses with your real call logs.

Live in days, not months

No new phone system. No hardware. No contract with your phone company to fight.

1

We learn your business

Your inventory or services, hours, prices, and rules get trained into your front desk. You approve every answer before it goes live.

2

Your missed calls forward to us

When your line is busy, unanswered, or it's after hours, DeskRing picks up in about two rings — in the caller's language.

3

You get the booking and the lead

Appointments land on your calendar. Every lead, with name, number, and what they wanted, lands in your client view and by text.

One front desk. Options like a car.

Start with the base. Add only what earns its keep. Every price is on this page — including the setup fee our competitors hide.

Straight answers

Including what DeskRing does not do. A front desk you can trust starts with a seller who tells you the limits.

Will callers know it's an AI?

If a caller asks directly, it says so honestly. It never pretends to be a specific human employee. Most callers just notice their call was answered fast and their appointment got booked.

Does it really speak French?

Yes — full service in French and English, switching to the caller's language. We built DeskRing in Ottawa, where a French caller who gets English-only service is a customer lost to Gatineau. None of the big US platforms offer French at all.

What can't it do?

It does not negotiate final prices, promise financing approval, or judge a trade-in it hasn't seen — the same rules a good human receptionist follows. Anything outside its training goes to you as a callback request, with the details captured.

Do I have to change my phone number?

No. Your number stays yours. Calls forward to DeskRing only when your line is busy, unanswered, or after hours — your team still answers first whenever they can.

What if I want to leave?

The agreement runs 12 months with your rate locked. The setup fee is spread across the term; if you leave early, you owe only the setup balance remaining — no other penalty. Your customer data exports with you and your number ports out once that balance is settled. In the first 30 days, the money-back promise applies and even the setup balance is waived.

Who sets it up?

A person, in Ottawa, in person if you're local. We train it on your business, test it with you on the line, and tune it monthly. When something needs a human decision, you reach the human who built yours.

We'll count the calls your business actually missed last month and what they were worth. No cost, no obligation — the numbers decide.
